The tarp fee is deducted from your bill if we do the repair or the replacement.
Flashing is where most leaks start
Chimneys, skylights and the walls of second stories all meet the roof at an angle. The metal flashing there moves with every summer and every freeze.
When it leaks, a tube of caulk stops it for a few months. We pull the old flashing, install new step flashing under each course of shingles and set the counter-flashing into the mortar joints of the chimney.

Repair or replace?
If your roof is over 18 years old, leaks in more than one spot or has lost shingles on several slopes, a repair buys you a season. We'll tell you so, with photos, and quote both.
